Any design task that take no longer than 30 minutes for us to complete. This could be anything from creating a set of social media graphics, to photo editing, to creating a print-ready flyer.
We define a brand as a single product, service or business name, usually with its own unique identifier such as a website address.
An active task is any task that is still in progress. Since most designs will go through a revision process, a task is considered active until all revisions are made and you've given final approval.
Yes, but please remember we're only able to work on 1 active task at a time (unless you're on a Custom Plan). A task is considered "active" until all revisions are complete and are finalized.
Sometimes, yes. We'll look at this on a case-by-case basis. In general, we'll be happy to create designs that take a little longer but a large design project such as website redesign will be considered out-of-scope.
Just let your designer know what you need and we'll work with you to make it happen.
We create our designs using the professional Adobe suite of tools (for example Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and will use the application that’s most appropriate for the design.
Please note we don’t work with any Microsoft or Google productivity tools including Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Slides. We also don’t work with any less common or non-professional design tools such as CorelDraw, Canva, Sketch, and Inkspace.
